Litigation Attorney - Centurion
Job Title: Litigation Attorney
Location: Centurion - Lyttleton
Salary: R25 000 - R30 000 (depending on the experience and qualifications)
Benefits: Possibility of commission

Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of complex litigation matters from inception to resolution
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare court documents
- Appear in court, advocate for clients, and handle trials and negotiations
- Collaborate with colleagues, experts, and clients to achieve desired outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and jurisprudence
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients
- Meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:
- More than 3 years of post-admission experience as a Litigation Attorney
- Professional qualification (Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.))
- Excellent advocacy, research, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in legal software and technology
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
