Our client is seeking a relief Lodge Manager for their luxury game reserve.

- Previous experience in luxury lodges/game reserves
- Good food and beverage knowledge
- Able to manage a team
- Work well within a team environment
- Energetic and go-getter
- Must be willing to do split shifts every day
- Great hosting and hospitality skills
