Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the lodge/villa, including guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards and responding promptly to guest feedback and requests.
Supervise and support lodge staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Oversee financial aspects, including budgeting, expense control, and revenue management.
Maintain lodge facilities and grounds to uphold safety, cleanliness, and aesthetic standards.
Implement and enforce lodge policies and procedures to maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Act as a relief manager for the lodge manager during absences or as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a similar lodge or villa setting.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Exceptional customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, capable of handling various responsibilities simultaneously.
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
Knowledge of wildlife and conservation practices (preferred for game lodges).
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as per lodge operations.
Valid driver's license.
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageous.
