· Plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders, · Process customer complaints patiently · Plan alternative recipes for customers with special dietary needs · Check food and beverage supplies and place orders when needed · Track and order shipments · Communicate and build strong relationships with vendors · Adhere to food, health, and safety standards · Plan, hire, train, oversee and manage the members of staff · Oversee and supervise the welcoming of customers · Grade 12 · Hospitality Management qualification preferred, · Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry. · In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, kitchen management, and service standards. · Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff members. · Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. · Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis. · Familiarity with local health and safety regulations and food hygiene practices. · Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
