Our client in the Agricultural sector for the Logistics and Stock Controller to join their team in Nelspruit. Minimum requirements: Grade 12 with relevant Qualification Computer Literate Be willing to work shift and overtime Experience in Agriculture/Farming/Packhouse will be added advantage Ensure start-up, operation and shutdown procedures are followed, and related records are completed Ensure the efficient and effective operation in responsibility for the shift Perform any reasonable duties as requested by Management Responsible for the day-to-day activities in the area per shift Monitor and control trucks turnaround at loading area Monitor and manage all in and out stock related area Arrange and manage PPECB inspections and documentation Ensure equipment is well maintained and in good condition Always ensure to handle all equipment & goods in a safe and responsible manner to avoid damages/losses for the company Ensure that all procedures in the department are followed according to Policies, procedures and that all required records are completed accurately and timeously, with any deviations reported to management as soon as possible Coordination of operations in the department to ensure smooth operations and minimal effect on overall packhouse productivity Ensure all personnel wear PPE as provided and ensure that all safety measures and protocols are followed, wherever machines are operated including safe stacking and speed limits Responsible for maintaining high level of quality, safety, and hygiene standards throughout responsible area Oversee that the team is adhering to policies and procedures and that health and safety rules are followed Provide training on operations good practices, Health and Safety, policies and procedures Consultant: Anna-Belle Ehrke - Dante Personnel Mpumalanga Apply via our website www.dantesa.co.za // MP007239 If you do not hear from us within 5 days, please accept that your application was unsuccessful
