Skills and Experience: - Engineering qualification (mechanical or electrical).
- Minimum 3 years work experience in the engineering field.
- On site experience is a MUST.
- The ability to understand complex circumstances and then be able to report them concisely.
- Sound computer, written, and numerical skills.
- Insurance loss adjusting experience will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
- Willing to training for 3-6 months at the Johannesburg branch.

- Proactively manage a file load, meet individual performance targets and deliver a high standard of work.
- Investigate and report on the facts of incidents giving rise to insurance claims.
- Gathering and preserving evidence.
- Establish the cause of loss.
- Quantifying the nature and extent of damage.
- Determining policy liability and providing recommendations to clients.
- Contributing to the further growth and success of the branch.
