Introduction Food production Description A food manufacturing company specializing in candy making, located in Breda, The Netherlands, has an available fixed-term contract (12 - 24 months) position for an Electromechanic. Candidates must possess a trade or technical qualification as a Millwright, Electrician, or in Electromechanical /Mechanical Engineering, along with approximately four years of experience as a maintenance technician within the food (FMCG) production industry. Applicants must be under 28 years old and speak Afrikaans as their first language, due to company brochures and manuals being in Dutch. A Dutch course will also be provided. Remuneration: € 3909.00 p.m. Requirements: Not older than 28 Afrikaans speaking (First language/mother tongue). All manuals written in Dutch. Education background in the direction of electrical engineering/mechatronic You have gained experience as a mechanic in a production environment Your knowledge of electrical engineering exceeds your knowledge of the mechanical par Willing to work in 3 or 5 shifts You function both independently and in a team You are proactive and have good analytical and organizational skills Duties: Locating and repairing all common malfunctions which you then digitally register Performing maintenance and overhaul work Identifying deviations in machines and installations. You then intervene to prevent malfunctions Informing and helping colleagues In addition, we count on your creativity and technical insight to further improve our production. You identify things that can be improved, for example in the field of technology or organization. You then roll this out further.
