Required Technical Competencies & Experience:

Implement & manage maintenance strategies across the clients factory.
Lead & manage the maintenance teams performance, task load & work quality.
Working closely with the Production Manager, ensuring manufacturing KPIs are achieved.
Strict stock management of critical spares & managing the control standards of the workshop equipment.
Implementation & planning of preventative maintenance schedules.
Manage and accountable to annual repairs and maintenance budget.
Good understanding of mechanical concepts: Hydraulics, UHT Systems, Pneumatics, Pumps, Boilers, Generators, etc.
