Look no further Our client a leader in storage solutions and construction equipment manufacturer of formwork and scaffolding is searching for a Maintenance Manager to join their company. S/he is responsible for keeping the ground operations running by managing and overseeing all maintenance-related activities, guiding and monitoring technicians and mechanics. Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff . Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance Manage relationships with contractors and service providers Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities Bachelor's degree in engineering; Industrial or Mechanical Production. Minimum N5 qualifications in Power Machines, Electrotechnics and Mechanotechnics with proven “Read Seal” Millwright. 5 years' experience as maintenance Manager in the Manufacturing Sector. Experience in PLC fault findings is mandatory. Experience in ISO 9001 Experience with JM form rolling machines will be advantage The ability to multitask. Outstanding time management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong management and leadership skills. Effective communication skills Negotiable
