We're accepting applications for the position of Maintenance and Repairs Planner, to be responsible for all administrative, planning and scheduling activities pertaining to repairs and maintenance, and ensuring that all repairs and service to both internal and external customers are delivered on time and according to our policies and procedures. Planning and scheduling resources, equipment, and materials for all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repairs, and services of valves Planning and scheduling work related to customer maintenance contracts Updating shutdown, turnaround, and outage schedules for all customers in the region Preparing all labour quotations in accordance with company and customer procedures Capturing all quotations on Maximizer Updating and maintaining CRM for all service opportunities Processing all service-related invoicing on a monthly basis Reporting service progress and communicating with customers daily Ensuring timely availability of all required materials and resources for performing work Handling all administration tasks associated with the daily departmental operations Grade 12 minimum Certificates in Planning and Scheduling, as well as Microsoft Project At least 3 years experience with quote preparations and invoicing At least 3 years experience working on a financaial system such as Sage X3 Experience using CRM systems such as Maximizer Experience using Word, Excel and Microsoft Project
