Job Description:

Provide management with information with which they can effectively manage the organisations resources.
To improve productivity and scrap rates within areas of delegated responsibility.
To install & maintain all mechanical equipment, plant & machinery in good working order to ensure an adequate provision of machine and process capacity to production at all times.
To install & maintain all electrical equipment, switch gear, plant & machinery in good working order to ensure an adequate provision of machine & process capacity to production at all times.
To install & maintain all pneumatic equipment, cylinders, actuators & valves in good working order to ensure an adequate provision of machine & process capacity to production at all times.
Supervise and coordinate the artisans on shift
All other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Electrical/Mechatronics or Trade Tested in Electrical/Mechatronics/Millwright
Minimum Experience: 3-5 Years at Technician level Or 5-7 Years experience Trade Tested
Computer skills Word, Excel, Power Point
Yaskawa Robot, PLC and HMI programming experience
Cognex and Omron cameras knowledge
Nordson adhesive applicators experience
Ultrasonic welding, Vibration welding and Hot Plate welding experience
Electro Pneumatic experience
Laser Engraving Knowledge
