We're searching for a Trade Tested Millwright with leadership experience to become a Maintenance Supervisor for our client, a well established manufacturer. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of their entire facility by leading and motivating their maintenance team. Requirements: Millwright Trade Test A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a Millwright role, demonstrating a strong understanding of machinery and maintenance practices. Previous experience as a Maintenance supervisor in the food or beverage manufacturing industry is advantageous Previous success in leading a team
