- Internal and external reporting
- Forecasting and budgeting
- Financial analysis
- Financial modelling
- Commentaries to management
Education and experience:
- BCom Honours in Accounting minimum
- CIMA or CFA
- SAICA or SAIPA articles completed is essential
- At least 2 years post articles experience is required
- Experience in the property sector is preferred
