Reference: NFP014509-Bri-1 Seeking a talented CA(SA), this role focuses on financial management for Corporate and Investment Banking and Treasury (CIBT) . Key duties include supporting financial decision-making, managing internal and external reporting, and enhancing process improvement and credible reporting. Analytics Provide analytic insights to senior internal stakeholders in the CIBT business. Develop and implement analytical tools to ensure accurate reporting. Ensure team members comprehend products and businesses for precise analytics and reporting commentary. Contribute input and commentary on external and internal reporting. Regularly evaluate and enhance the control framework in Financial Control. Reporting Develop and implement processes for accurate external reporting. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all external reports. Review internal and external reports to ensure accuracy. Assist with the implementation of best practice financial disclosures and presentations. Product and Process Management Manage and deliver major projects within scope, budget, and timeline. Coordinate project resources to meet deadlines. Ensure quality project implementation and adequate documentation. Project & Staff Management Lead junior team members to improve reporting processes. Plan, staff, and implement assigned projects within agreed timelines. Execute the people management strategy for Financial Control. Integrate formal performance development and informal coaching within the team. Assess training needs and ensure team members receive relevant training. Assist in interviewing junior team members. Education and Experience Required Chartered Accountant with preferred experience in Financial Services/Insurance. Additional postgraduate or quantitative qualifications preferred. 4-6 years of relevant experience in reporting, analytics, or project management, preferably in insurance/banking.
