Product lines are developed to meet the high standards of professionals and doctors in the skincare industry. Job Overview We are seeking a seasoned Brand Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in campaign strategy development and proven experience in managing B2B marketing plans for professional skincare products. This role focuses on targeting the doctors' market and requires fluency in English and preferably in Dutch as well. Contract, 6-month (with potential for renewal based on performance) Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days WFH) Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for Esse's innovations targeting the professional skincare market, especially focusing on doctors. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies. B2B Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dermatologists, skincare professionals, and distributors. Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials and campaigns that effectively communicate the brand's value propositions. Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to senior management. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and coherence in brand messaging and execution. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in brand management, with a strong emphasis on the B2B professional skincare market. Language Skills: Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills; preferably fluent in Dutch as well. Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the professional skincare industry and familiarity with marketing to doctors and other healthcare professionals. Technical Skills: Proficient in digital marketing tools, and data analytics. Personal Attributes: Strong analytical skills, creative thinking, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure. R35 to R45 depening on experience Apply Now
