The ideal candidate will have a strong background in campaign strategy development and proven experience in managing B2B marketing plans. This role focuses on targeting the doctors' market. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in brand management, with a strong emphasis on the B2B professional skincare market. Technical Competencies & Experience: Proficiency in creating and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies targeting key markets. Ability to conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies. Proficient in digital marketing tools, and data analytics. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders. Budget Management. In-depth understanding of the professional skincare industry and familiarity with marketing to doctors and other healthcare professionals.
