Manager Corporate Affairs - Johannesburg

A well established company within the Insurance industry is seeking the expertise of a Corporate Affairs Manager to join their team in JHB West. The role will have a focus on Corporate Identity, Brand Position and Value, Stakeholder Relations and Communications operating in a Financial Services environment.

The Key Responsibilities for this Role Include

  • Developing and Managing the Corporate Affairs Strategy
  • Build strategic relations with stakeholders and members
  • Manage Corporate Affairs and Events
  • Deal with all Internal Communications including Copyright aspects as well as External Communications Website and Social Media
  • Media Relations, Print Media and Queries
  • Responsible for Publications including developing, writing, collating, editing and producing
  • Budgeting


Qualification

  • Degree in Journalism or Communications (preferred)

Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Corporate Affairs Manager
  • 5+ years’ experience within the Financial Sector
  • Experience with Corporate Affairs, Stakeholder Management and Communications

Skills Required

  • Numeracy and Literacy Skills
  • Compiling and Managing Budgets
  • Writing Skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the Financial Sector
