We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our client's successful industrial product sector team. As a Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing their branch operations, driving growth, and delivering exceptional customer service. 1. Lead and coach a team of sales, operations, and support staff to achieve or exceed branch goals. 2. Develop and implement a strategic business plan to drive sales and profitability. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, and identify opportunities for growth and expansion. 4. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition. 5. Ensure efficient and effective branch operations by implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures. 6. Manage inventory levels, ensure accurate stock management, and implement strategies for product optimization. 7. Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. 8. Prepare and analyze branch performance reports, and present them to senior management. 9. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the branch. Matric Degree/ Diploma in Supply Chain / Business Management 1. Proven experience as a Branch Manager in the industrial product sector. 2. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. 3. Excellent sales and negotiation abilities, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets. 4. In-depth knowledge of the industrial product sector, including market trends, competitors, and customer needs. 5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships. 6. Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a strong focus on problem-solving and decision-making. 7. Proficiency in using computer software and applications, including MS Office and CRM systems. R360 000 CTC to R420 000 CTC per annum based on experience and qualifications
