Reference: ITE005706-KN-1We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as the Manager of IT Systems & Cloud. As part of our dynamic and diverse team, you will play a crucial role in managing our enterprise cloud engineering team and ensuring the reliability and security of our server software and cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Manage the enterprise cloud engineering team, providing leadership, mentoring, and technical oversight. Drive the vision for the future of the Cloud, focusing on reliability and automation. Collaborate closely with development team leaders to understand objectives and ensure smooth integration of services. Perform controlled resolution of incidents and problems, including root cause analysis and escalation when necessary. Consult with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance. Champion initiatives to enable high availability and resiliency of business-critical systems. Oversee the management of servers, databases, Active Directory, disaster recovery, application servers, software licensing, anti-virus, security, operating systems, and capacity planning. Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures, including regular risk assessments and updates to operational manuals. Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support in a 24/7 environment. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT qualification or Diploma. Minimum 9 years of working experience. 4 years of experience managing people in a technical environment. 4 years' experience participating in on-call rotations and providing after-hours support in a 24/7 environment. 5 years of experience with networking and security. Mandatory Microsoft Training and Certifications: AZ-104, AZ-500, AZ-300, SC-400.
