We're accepting applications for the position of Operations and Maintenance Manager (Network Infrastructure). The purpose of this position is to oversee maintenance and upgrades of network infrastructure in accordance with specifications, building and civil standards and budgets. This will include overseeing the end-to-end maintenance of all passive base station infrastructure of the region, co-ordinating upgrades of the existing infrastructure, maintaining a good working relationship with contractors and subcontractors, managing the performance of vendors in line with deliverables, and many other functions. Overseeing maintenance and upgrading of network infrastructure in accordance with specifications, building and civil standards, and budgets Overseeing the end-to-end maintenance of all passive base station infrastructure of the region Co-ordinating upgrades of the existing infrastructure Ensuring budgets are adhered to, and relevant quotations are analysed in terms of specifications Maintaining a good working relationship with contractors and subcontractors to ensure high quality of relevant outputs needed Providing information and reports regarding the progress of upgrade; preventive or corrective maintenance projects to all relevant parties Ensuring guidance and performance of vendors as per contract deliverables Maintaining proficiency in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics for the NOC, Field Operations, and Power Sections Setting performance targets, measuring, and monitoring progress and performance of maintenance vendors and other vendors against agreed SLAs, quality, and performance management criteria Monitoring and managing the performance of the passive infrastructure using best business processes and practices to deliver uptime to all clients on the network Co-ordinating compilation and distribution of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance reports for use by internal operations team, management, and tenants, capturing performance trends against the KPIs Preparing timely and accurate management reports and dashboards highlighting analysis of key performance indicators and trends and providing management with reactive and proactive intelligence Preparing root cause analysis report and sharing with different stakeholders to close gaps Developing and collating periodic and ad hoc performance reports Defining and implementing the record management system (hard and soft copy) for the NOC and operations team Ensuring projects comply with best practices, SOPs, PMO policies, and other policies Relevant 3 year Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities or Construction Management Degree or Diploma (BSc, B.Tech, S4, N6 or T3) Project management experience At least 5 years' experience in contractor supervision in towerco operations At least 5 years' experience in contractor and vendor management At least 5 years' experience in power designing and optimization At least 3 years' experience in RMS site monitoring systems At least 3 years' experience in managing the latest power technologies like LIB, Delta, Eltek, Vertiv, Huawei, ZXD, Flex Enclosure, GAVE, Actura and Netsure, and Emmerson BC83 Apply Now
