Job Description Manage the machine shop and staff Looking after the counter sales staff Maintain current knowledge of new products and services Maintain effective working relationships with others Maintain accurate records Maintain accurate and quality orders Assist with stock takes and manage stock availability Follow and operate within company, division and group systems, policies and procedures Behaves in a manner and performs their duties and responsibilities in a manner that upholds The Building Company values: – Honesty – Respect – Accountability – Resourcefullness – Culture Job Requirements Matric Relevant experience in a computerized retail environment High level of proficiency Proven people and interactive skills K8.09 (would be an advantage) Good product knowledge in the boards industry Experience in running a full manufacturing operation Knowledge of beam saw, edge banner and panel saws Must have logistics experience Preferably code 1 license Available to work weekends Amble knowledge about legislation 5 years managerial experience The post Manager: Operations appeared first on freerecruit.co.za .
