- Provide analytic insights to senior internal stakeholders in the CIBT business.
- Develop and implement analytical tools to ensure accurate reporting.
- Ensure team members comprehend products and businesses for precise analytics and reporting commentary.
- Contribute input and commentary on external and internal reporting.
- Regularly evaluate and enhance the control framework in Financial Control.
- Develop and implement processes for accurate external reporting.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all external reports.
- Review internal and external reports to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with the implementation of best practice financial disclosures and presentations.
- Manage and deliver major projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Coordinate project resources to meet deadlines.
- Ensure quality project implementation and adequate documentation.
- Lead junior team members to improve reporting processes.
- Plan, staff, and implement assigned projects within agreed timelines.
- Execute the people management strategy for Financial Control.
- Integrate formal performance development and informal coaching within the team.
- Assess training needs and ensure team members receive relevant training.
- Assist in interviewing junior team members.
- Chartered Accountant with preferred experience in Financial Services/Insurance.
- Additional postgraduate or quantitative qualifications preferred.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in reporting, analytics, or project management, preferably in insurance/banking.
- Strong academic record.
