Our client based in the East Rand who are a leading distributor in the electronic security equipment industry are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their team Manage KPIs on a weekly basis to ensure targets are achieved Monitor the sales teams expectations daily, coach and guide them to success. Deliver the regional target through sales team by delivering client value. Onboard new clients and hand to sales team members. Own relationship with Top 30 existing clients per branch (Edenvale and Boksburg) 80% doing external client visits, individually and with sales team members, augmenting deals and building relationships with clients. Responsible for HR function for all sales staff including recruitment. Collaborate with the Business Development Team in Marketing to ensure each sales person's dealer base is adequate for them to reach their targets. Ensure all feedback required from the sales team is completed timeously Updating of customer details to marketing. Manage pipeline to 80% success close rate. Ensure the company's value add services are delivered correctly and implemented through relevant channels. Weekly pipeline reviews, monthly sales KPI reviews & monthly dealer base reviews conducted for each sales staff member Grade 12 Certificate. Valid Driver's License. Minimum 3 years sales management experience, preference will be given to electronic security industry experience (CCTV, Access Control, Alarms, Gate Automation, Electric Fencing and Electronic Security Hardware) Must have track record managing sales team to close large corporate accounts, land and expand revenue within accounts. Technically minded – can technically grasp Security Surveillance Equipment and other electronic security products. Experience working with a CRM system or Excel based equivalent process. Strong Microsoft Office Usage Experience to promote planning and processes Basic Salary R20,000 – R30,000 negotiable, depending on experience High Commission structure – GP rand value based KPA – Expectation Performance based Full product and solution training provided.
