Position available for a Sales mnager isn East Rand will travel between 2 branches. • Must have track record managing sales team of 4 and not doing sales themselves only. • Min 3 years sales management experience. • Be able to onboard new clients and hand to his or her sales team members. Minimum qualification: Matric, experience trump qualification. Manage Sales team of 4 between 2 branches Manage their KPIs on a weekly basis to ensure they achieve their targets through their expectations. Monitor the sales teams expectations daily, coach and guide them to success. Must be able to deliver the regional target through his sales team by delivering client value. Own relationship with Top 30 existing clients per branch which there are 2 x branches Boksburg and Edenvale. 80% external doing clients visits alone and with sales team members, augmenting deals and building relationships with clients. Responsible for HR function to all sales staff including recruitment of staff. Working with business development team in marketing to ensure customer depth for each sales person's dealer base to ensure they hit their targets. Ensure all feedback required from sales team are completed timeously and update of customer details to marketing. Manage pipeline to 80% success close rate. Ensure the company's value add services are delivered correctly and implemented through relevant channels. Weekly pipeline reviews, monthly sales KPI reviews & monthly dealer base reviews conducted for each sales staff member. Short listed candidates will be conatcted with screening questions. R25k – R35k ctc pm
