Minimum requirements

CA (SA) or Engineering degree with a post-grad
7 - 10 years experience at the executive leadership level in a large corporate
Experience within the mining or mining-related industry essential
Strong Africa experience essential
Proven experience as a strategic leader with strong commercial decision-making and problem-solving skills
