Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the Welding, Sheetmetal, and Powder coating facility.
Implement and refine production processes to boost efficiency and productivity.
Lead and motivate production staff, ensuring timely delivery and top-notch quality.
Manage resources, raw materials, and consumables for optimal workflow.
Report weekly to senior management on job progress and address issues proactively.
Enforce stringent quality control and safety standards.

Requirements:

Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or engineering sector.
Expertise in Sheetmetal and Welding.
Bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
Computer literate with a valid drivers license.
