As the Production Manager, you'll be at the helm of our production facility, overseeing day-to-day operations with precision and flair.
Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the entire production facility, ensuring seamless operations and on-time delivery.
Leading and motivating our talented production staff and optimizing all resources.
Spearheading various departments including Procurement, Sheetmetal, Welding, Bakery assembly, Dispatch, and Receiving.
Planning and scheduling production jobs to guarantee timely completion.
Implementing and refining production processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Upholding impeccable standards of cleanliness and organization through regular housekeeping.
Efficiently managing all raw materials and consumables used in production.
Providing detailed weekly production reports to senior management, addressing any challenges proactively.
Establishing and maintaining a robust quality system to ensure the excellence of our products.
Assisting with administrative tasks to streamline workflow and documentation.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
Relevant Tertiary Education
Experience in Production Management or Coordination within the Engineering or Manufacturing industry
3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
Valid Drivers Licence & Own reliable transport
Computer Literate - MS Office full package
