Our client, a top-tier company specializing in retail merchandizing solutions, is seeking a dynamic Manufacturing Foreman to drive their production line to new heights. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the Welding, Sheetmetal, and Powder coating facility. Implement and refine production processes to boost efficiency and productivity. Lead and motivate production staff, ensuring timely delivery and top-notch quality. Manage resources, raw materials, and consumables for optimal workflow. Report weekly to senior management on job progress and address issues proactively. Enforce stringent quality control and safety standards. Requirements: Matric certificate. Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or engineering sector. Expertise in Sheetmetal and Welding. Bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
