Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12
3-5 years experience in manufacturing plant / meat production experience
Experience supervising other team members
Drivers License and own vehicle

Duties and Responsibilities:

Production

Supervision of the sausage/boerewors production process
Create, survey and execute proficient and compelling techniques and cycles to advance creation
Supervise and ensure that the product is delivered on time, within budget, and at a high level of productivity
Stock control the executives (stock rotation)
Insure item meets all client prerequisites particularly yet not restricted to item appearance, pressing and naming
Regulate that cleanliness norms are applied
Liable for the use of the right determination models and quality standards (for example tidiness; grouping etc)
Guarantee that all methodology are executed as per legitimate necessities for example cleanliness
Follow company procedures and promptly notify the immediate manager of any quality or maintenance non-conformances

Supervision of Team

Control and supervise employees' actions to ensure that daily production goals are met
Control all employees' attendance and timekeeping
Make sure that disciplinary procedures are used correctly
Stabilize employee relations by resolving disagreements and fostering a positive and productive work environment
