Minimum Requirements:- Grade 12
- 3-5 years experience in manufacturing plant / meat production experience
- Experience supervising other team members
- Drivers License and own vehicle
Duties and Responsibilities:Production
- Supervision of the sausage/boerewors production process
- Create, survey and execute proficient and compelling techniques and cycles to advance creation
- Supervise and ensure that the product is delivered on time, within budget, and at a high level of productivity
- Stock control the executives (stock rotation)
- Insure item meets all client prerequisites particularly yet not restricted to item appearance, pressing and naming
- Regulate that cleanliness norms are applied
- Liable for the use of the right determination models and quality standards (for example tidiness; grouping etc)
- Guarantee that all methodology are executed as per legitimate necessities for example cleanliness
- Follow company procedures and promptly notify the immediate manager of any quality or maintenance non-conformances
Supervision of Team
- Control and supervise employees' actions to ensure that daily production goals are met
- Control all employees' attendance and timekeeping
- Make sure that disciplinary procedures are used correctly
- Stabilize employee relations by resolving disagreements and fostering a positive and productive work environment
