Reference: JHB002209-CZ-1Marketing Acceleration Director – JHB - NORTHR950k – R1M An international company in the FMCG is looking for a seasoned Marketing Acceleration Director to join their team. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the following duties: Pilot and redirect a strong digital marketing strategy based on marketing mix (4P), pilot the budget, lead campaigns management. Rely on every expertise analysis (data, media, consumer experience…) to build and adjust the digital marketing business development. Build the overarching and individual brand’s digital roadmap and prioritize the projects portfolio, according to the business strategy. Ensure the campaigns orchestration across all digital and consumer touchpoints – driving the brand objectives. Work with global digital brand teams to implement local extensions of websites and or platforms / tools (E.g. chatbots, etc). Package and pilot new digital solutions, anticipate brand’s needs with innovative insights. Lead the development of new CRM and acquisition projects. Orient media campaigns and identify optimization lever to investigate with media manager. Implement and integrate digital marketing KPIs and metrics results to measure performance and dashboard the results. Understanding and driving SEO and SEM global search strategy, locally. Build and manage strategic digital partnership, build and enrich a strategic vision. Identify trends and insights and benchmark against competitors. Expertise/Mastery: Media Data Social Media and Content CRM strategy, omnichannel and agency management The ideal candidate has: Minimum bachelor’s degree (or equivalent); MBA or advanced degree preferable 10 years of business / agency experience 7 years’ experience working at a respected digital / media agency.
