Job Description:
Ensure integration and centralization of the positioning of the brand
Formulation of external marketing and advertising strategy for all brands
Deliver an integrated marketing plans that positions the company as the leader in its space
Formulate business communication strategies
Ensure effective and professional business communication to all audiences
Translate the business and marketing strategy into a holistic, detailed and integrated marketing and communication plan
Influence and change client perception through marketing communication in line with the strategy and business focus
Event management and coordination
Responsible for stakeholder relationship management and client relationship management
Develop the budget in accordance with the organizational budget constraints
Effectively implement and manage the performance management process
Assist staff in solving operational problems
Qualification and Skills:
Must have a BCom Degree in Communications & Marketing
Must have 8-12 year’s experience in a similar role
Must have experience with Internal brand management
Must have experience with Business Communication and Marketing
Must have experience with Digital Marketing and Digital strategy formulation and execution
