Minimum requirements:

Grade 12 and tertiary degree
Strong analytical and project management skills
5 Years previous experience in the Hospitality Industry in a similar role
Strong creative outlook
Develop the marketing strategy for the company in line with the overall company business plan and objectives
Oversee any and all marketing activities on behalf of the company on a day to day basis
Oversee the marketing budget and to operate within the constraints of the approved budget
Creation and publication of all marketing material (printed / electronic and digital) across all platforms in line with the approved marketing plans
Sourcing, creating and securing approvals of branded items for the company such as branded clothing, marketing collateral and gifting, etc.
Planning and implementing of promotional marketing campaigns
Manage and improve on lead generation campaigns and to provide measured results
Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identify for the company
Monitor and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing communications and campaigns
To actively screen and approve press releases prior to any such press release being published by (a) contracted service providers (b) internal persons (c) employees of the company
To oversee any and all company media statements on behalf of the company and the shareholders, upon receiving approval from the shareholders prior to publishing
Maintain effective internal communication with all other internal and external parties
Take responsibility for creating suitable content across all digital platforms (eg. Facebook / Website / Instagram / Youtube / TikTok / LinkedIn / etc.) in conjunction with the company
Building and maintaining relationships with top clients per market segment
To anticipate on guest needs, focusing on the end user and ensure guest satisfaction and suggest potential improvements to guest experience
