We are currently recruiting for a Corporate Marketing Manager (based out of our Somerset office / home based) to join the dynamic International company specialising in Supply Chain software and training. Responsibilities: Main Responsibilities Executing the Corporate marketing plan Providing our 7 global Business units with marketing material Managing the Corporate marketing team (2 people, Digital Marketer – Birmingham, UK, Graphic Designer – Lyon, France) Managing the digital tools used by b2wise and ensuring the costs are correctly allocated out The corporate marketing plan covers Working with the Corporate CEO and brand Ambassador to define the marketing messaging and plan for the month/year Ensuring the brand identity is maintained and everyone has access to it Managing the Website (in 3 languages) Managing the creation of the Training Catalogue (Content supplied by the training department) Managing the digit content creation and automated posting on LinkedIn. Managing the internal and external newsletter Producing the Catalogues of Case Studies Selecting and purchasing branded clothes and items Global Marketing Meetings: Running the weekly corporate marketing meetings. Interacting with the business units monthly Developing and presenting key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate marketing effectiveness. Global Messaging and Branding: Ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing initiatives. Content Quality Assurance: Ensuring all content generated with ChatGPT meets high-quality standards and effectively communicates the intended message. Overseeing content review and approval processes. Global Standard Compliance: Ensuring all marketing content and communications adhere to established global standards, reflecting the organization's values and messaging. Training Catalogue Management: Manage and maintain the training catalogue, ensuring that it aligns with the company's overall marketing and branding strategies. Assist Global Training management in marketing internal and external feature focus sessions Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 4 years of experience in marketing. Proficient in digital marketing strategies and tools, including [specific tools/platforms]. Demonstrated leadership skills and a track record of successful project management. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Familiarity with content creation and quality assurance processes R35,000 - R45,000 ctc.
