As Marketing Communications Specialist (Agriculture) you will be responsible for coordinating marketing communication, campaigns and promotional activities that help maintain Pannar's corporate identity and differentiated brand positioning. Campaign and digital activation to promote Pannar's products, technologies and services. Support the Sales and Agronomy teams with promotional materials to communicate product information and technical expertise You Will Be Part of Growing Team As part of the Pannar Marketing Team, you will be a driving force for the Marketing effort by providing support to the Category Marketing Manager and Pannar Business Manager. Your Challenge: Ensures Pannar brand is presented consistently in communication, packaging, collateral etc. across South Africa Campaigns and events (field marketing evets and trade shows etc.) are consistent with purpose and delivered to deadline to facilitate their success. Develop or direct the production of locally relevant literature, promotional materials, advertising and sponsorship campaigns. Prepare and develop contents for brochures, displays and posters for sales activities, Pannar events, tradeshows and other external appearances of the organization. Coordination with designers, agencies, media, contractors and printers of marketing literature to augment the company's presence in the market by coordinating the production of a wide range of marketing communications, media campaigns and following up on timely preparation and delivery of the materials and campaign activities Develop and implement communication strategies to strengthen customer centricity through digital marketing and social media, while ensuring compliance with corporate standards/guidelines. Oversee development and effective utilisation of brand website(s), app and eMarketing tactics as required. Promotional items sourcing and development. Key Stakeholders and Interactions: Working with the Category Marketing Manager, Area Managers and various marketing agencies and suppliers requires not only being technically skilled, but also the ability to forge relationships. These are critical skills for the job. Location: ZA Greytown LI-NK1 Qualifications To Grow What Matters, You Will Need BCom Marketing - University degree in Marketing, Brand Management or related discipline 3-5 Years's working experience in marketing, advertising, and/or marketing communications Agricultural background, experience in the seed, crop protection and/or biotechnology industry is preferred. Licensed driver Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel / Power Point / Word) a prerequisite. Fluency in English Understanding and proficiency in Afrikaans (oral and written) highly beneficial Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with associated deadlines for deliverable results Budget/resource allocation and management experience Willingness to travel when required Who Are We Looking For?
