Job Description:
Responsible for administration tasks to support the marketing department and general content updates on website.
Help organizing staff related conferences, workshops, events and marketing campaign reporting.
Communicating with printing companies on print jobs to ensure deadlines are met.
Assisting in managing promotional items and social media community.
Responsible for event management.
Assisting with copywriting for client or prospect mailers, leaflets, brochures, memes and social media posts.
Compiling a PowerPoint slide show for monthly marketing reports.
Qualification & Skills:
Must have 5 or more years' experience in marketing, communication or branding
MS Office: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
Understanding of Canva and Survey Monkey or similar tools (advantageous)
Own vehicle and South African Drivers’ License
