- 8-10 years in a marketing manager role in B2B Marketing, preferably in the IT industry.
- 5+ years experience in a managerial capacity, overseeing a team of marketing professionals.
- A bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required.

- Championing and ensuring brand consistency

- Ensuring ROI on budget
- Appointing/managing a team/mentoring
