Team Manage the marketing agency ensuring all DS International brands achieve industry- leading results and marketing activities drive sales/targets. 2. Marketing Strategy : Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments. Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets. 3. Brand Plans/ Campaigns : Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels/ Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support staff and driving collaboration. 4. Monitoring Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly. Analyse customer insights, customer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies. Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract the key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics. Set objectives for all activities and provide the framework to achieve them. 5. Creative Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital and video assets. Manage the schedule of creative briefs and set frameworks for completion. Approve all creative elements and ensure the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels. 6. Budget Manage and track available marketing budgets with approved and non-planned expenses and reallocate funds accordingly to achieve the best results. Approve and sign off quotes for payment that aligns with planned budgets. 7. Events: Determine event objectives and checklists required to achieve them. Drive project planning schedule involving all parties required. Participating in events and driving team collaboration. 8. Sales: Gather customer and market insights to inform strategies, increase customer conversions and generate qualified leads. Monitor sales reports to determine if marketing efforts contribute to sales and identify which activities may lead to an incremental sales uplift. Brief sales teams on planned marketing activities. 9. Social Media Strategy : Develop and manage a holistic social media strategy and set a framework of objectives. Identifying key focus areas to drive consumer demand and securing incremental sales. Read analytics and social listening reports to improve and amend strategy accordingly. 10. Social Media content: Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points. Define monthly content focuses, creative objectives, and SKU focus for social media. Conceptualize creative templates and elements with the graphic designer. Approve content plan and creative elements prior to being scheduled. Review content reports and use insight to drive improvements in strategy to achieve objectives. 11. Social Media advertising : Prepare advertising strategy and budget allocation. Identify ad formats required to deliver the required objective. Complete advertising brief that includes content focus, creative objectives, and SKU focus. Brief required artwork for the campaign. Read ad reports and adjust strategy as required to achieve the best results. 12. Community Management & Social listening: Review the social listening insights and craft actionable plans around business insights received. Qualifications & Requirements: Age 27 - 36 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sales or a related field. Proven experience in FMCG marketing with a track record of successful campaigns. Strong leadership and team management skills. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools. Creative thinking and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends. What they Offer: Opportunities for professional development and growth.
