My client is a consultancy firm, established in the early 2000s, specializing in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) design and project management. With a dynamic team boasting extensive experience, they cater to various sectors including retail, commercial, and residential. Their approach prioritizes personalized solutions, ensuring unparalleled client satisfaction.
You will be responsible for conceptual and detailed design of services/systems such as HVAC, Wet Services, and Hot Water Generation. This includes preparing contractors' tender documents, including Bills of Quantity, and overseeing construction monitoring and project management. Collaboration with clients, developers, and multi-disciplinary engineering teams is essential, as is project-related financial control. Additional duties involve compiling and reviewing technical documents, report writing, client liaison, and adherence to standards and technologies.

Job experience and Skills Required:
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering (BEng/BSc)
- Professional registration as a Registered Professional Engineer (PR Eng) is required
- 3 years of design experience in mechanical building services, with a primary focus on HVAC.
- Proficiency in utilizing software for HVAC-related design tasks.
