Introduction National JSE Listed comany Description Wood Industry - Mechanical Foreman (Dry Prep Section), Mthatha - Eastern Cape, Rneg Company Housing Matric/ Grade 12 or equivalent N4 Certificate - Mechanical Engineering Qualified Fitter or Millwright 5 years Manufacturing plant experience 5 years general plant maintenance experience and dry preparation area experience Minimum 5 years proven supervisory management and job planning experience Previous wood industry experience would be advantageous Familiar with OHASA standards. Good knowledge of Hydraulics and Pneumatics Leadership and management skills Computer literate on MS programs, knowledge of MS Projects DUTIES: To manage all mechanical maintenanc e, and shut work and to ensure machine availability Ensure compliance to maintenance business processes within area of responsibility Development and implementation of maintenance standards and maintaining of equipment to these standards Training and development of plant engineering team to comply with laid down standards Conducting of audits to ensure compliance to standards Responsible for maintenance and incidental shut planning and execution Manage and motivate sub-ordinates effectively Cost control of maintenance expenditure within the budget parameters for section Profile Grade 12 Trade Tested Fitter Trade Tested Millwright N6 Mechanical Engineering OR Do you have a Minimum of 5 years exp in: Manufacturing Industry General Plant Maintenance Dry Preparation Area Supervisory management Job Planning Pneumatics Hydraulics MS Projects How many years' experiences do you have in: Manage all mechanical maintenance Wood industry Shut work Ensure machine availability Compliance to maintenance business processes Development and implementation of maintenance standards Maintaining of equipment to these standards Training and development of plant engineering team Conducting of audits Ensure compliance to standards Maintenance and incidental shut planning Manage and motivate sub-ordinates Cost control of maintenance expenditure within the budget Do you have children and their ages If married, your wife's occupation?
