Reference: CPT003685-Meg-1 Are you immediately available to join our clients very busy business, meeting and greeting incoming clients professionally, with the ability to speak both English and Afrikaans working from their office in Stellenbosch? We require a very well-groomed candidate who will manage the Executives diary, organise client appointments, multi-task and juggle various administration duties in a deadline driven environment. Must be competent in MS Word, highly organised with good computer skills. REQUIREMENTS: Min 5 years working experience Computer Literate Experience working in a busy Administration and Reception role Excellent communication skills, English and Afrikaans Experience working on various computer systems highly advantageous DUTIES: Meet and greet of incoming clients Managing incoming calls professionally Diary management Setting up of appointments Schedule meetings and reminders for the manager Updating of client base ensuring all details are correctly entered General administration duties Managing petty cash and payment of clients' accounts Working as a team player in a busy environment where problem solving, and multi-tasking is required.
