Range Showing
Troubleshooting

Range:

Sourcing trends style and development
Store visits
Brief sheet to sample room
Source fabric / trims for range development
Work with sample set on range

Enquiry:

Process Estimate cost
Source fabric to cost
Call / e-mail fabric suppliers for cost and qualities
Brief sample set
Proper costing
Quote
Re-work and re-quote if not confirmed

Order confirmed:

Open File - New style no.
Create Proper brief sheet and File cover
Chase customer PO

Fabric:

Brief fabric supplier - meterage / cols etc
Send col swatches and strike-off design to supplier
Order Fabric
Confirm delivery date
Chase Lab matches / strike-off
Chase / check fabric delivery

Open file:

Filling correct info on file cover
Filling correct info on brief sheet - incl rating sheet
Handover brief sheet with sample / fabric / trims (if available)

Order in progress:

Fabric base cloth approval with customer
Swatches on boards to customers
Lab matches and strike-off to customer for approval
Fabric testing
