Client in the financial services / cash management solutions sector requires a Merchant Services Consultant with outstanding customer service skills Act as the liaison between clients, internal departments, and Business Development Consultants Provide excellent service support to the Business Development Consultants Monitor all client sites to identify problem areas and potential risk Manage and report on the client site use of the product / system and provide feedback to management on a weekly basis Report on hold activities on site and manage off hold actions Ensure that the Finance department is up to date with all sites on hold Support the Business Development Consultants with on hold clients Identify potential sites at risk for upliftment Monitor contracts and utilisation Conduct regular client check-ins Report immediately any sites wanting to cancel their contracts Manage the upliftment of devices from sites Submit a monthly upliftment report to management Report on contract renewals Submit weekly activity reports to management Pull weekly installation report and check training documents Visit new client sites to ensure that training is to client satisfaction Report any issues immediately to management Ensure that all sites, within the renewal period, are identified and contacted in advanced Complete all renewal contracts, change of ownerships, etc Load contracts and supporting documentation on the system Ensure that all renewal completed and signed off before month end Assist clients with settlement process Escalate any issues to finance Matric Computer literate Advanced MS Excel (advantageous) B Com: Degree (advantageous) 3 years' experience in customer relationship management / account management / business administration Proven skills and experience in administration and customer service Able to multitask Able to work in a fast-paced environment Able to meet strict deadlines Own vehicle and valid driver's license Target driven
