Minimum Requirements:- Qualified Millwright with Trade Certificate (via Section 13 or Section 28 of the Manpower Training Act).
- At least 3 years of post-apprenticeship experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Proficiency in maintaining mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused, solution-driven, and results-oriented attitude.
- Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Knowledge of the OHS Act and safety conscious.
- Valid drivers license.
Key Responsibilities:- Attend to maintenance requests and perform necessary repairs.
- Source suppliers, obtain quotes, and order materials for maintenance.
- Inspect equipment regularly and conduct preventative maintenance.
- Analyze and implement solutions for equipment modifications.
- Supervise contractors and train staff on maintenance tasks.
- Ensure compliance with OHS Act, cGMP, FSSC22000, and company standards.
- Report incidents and assist in investigations.
- Complete job cards and documentation promptly.
