We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wi-Fi Network Performance Manager to join our team. The primary role of this position is to manage, monitor, and report on the performance of our Wi-Fi network. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the ISP industry, along with experience in managing orders with FNOs (Fiber Network Operators) and Wholesale ISPs, coordinating installation teams, preparing billing reports, and conducting profitability analysis. Wi-Fi Network Management: Oversee and manage the performance of the Wi-Fi network. Monitor network health, uptime, and performance metrics. Implement improvements and optimizations to enhance network performance. Performance Reporting: Compile and analyze monthly Wi-Fi performance reports. Provide detailed insights and recommendations based on performance data. Present findings to senior management and stakeholders. Order Management: Manage all orders placed with FNOs and Wholesale ISPs. Track and ensure timely delivery of services and installations. Redundancy Management: Identify and ensure redundant services are canceled promptly with service providers to optimize costs. Installation Coordination: Coordinate with installation teams to schedule and manage the deployment of services. Ensure installations are completed efficiently and meet customer satisfaction standards. Billing Preparation: Prepare detailed billing reports for the finance department to facilitate accurate monthly invoicing. Ensure all billable activities are captured and reported correctly. Costing Solutions: Develop and cost-effective solutions for service delivery. Evaluate and recommend cost-saving measures to improve overall profitability. Profitability Analysis: Conduct regular profitability analysis for various services and projects. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance profitability and operational efficiency. Accounting Software Proficiency: Utilize accounting software to manage financial data and reports. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Qualifications: Proven experience in the ISP industry. Strong understanding of Wi-Fi network performance metrics and optimization techniques. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Proficiency in compiling and analyzing reports. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency. Experience in costing solutions and profitability analysis. Proficiency in accounting software and financial data management. Preferred Skills: Experience with billing and invoicing processes. Familiarity with Wi-Fi network performance metrics.
