Well-established networking company based in the Upper Highway area is looking for a Tier 3 Technical Support Consultant. Duties will include logging faults, evaluating connectivity issues, network configuration and troubleshooting (switches, access points, firewalls, controllers), and liaising with customers and service providers. A related qualification and previous experience working with Cisco equipment would be an advantage. Please take note that this position includes weekend work on a rotational basis. Preference will be given to candidates who live in the surrounding areas and have their driver's license and own car.
