Oversee sales, achieve revenue budgets, management content development and create new leading events within the industry Identify and evaluate new opportunities. Create strategic overall launch event plan Create, manage and deliver budget for overall event Work closely with the marketing manager to develop marketing campaign Sign off sales emails, sponsorship packages and reports Build new and maintain relationships with associations, key partners and exhibitors Collaborate with departments such as ops, marketing and finance Build a relevant and comprehensive education plan Create and deliver sales strategy and set and achieve sales targets Day to day management of commercial team 5 - 10 years experience preferably within the industry Sales experience with a hunter profile CRM system, Microsoft Office Budgeting and budget management Superior negotiation skills Strong project management skills Matric and tertiary qualification essential Strong communication both written and in person Team player
