Requirements: Relevant medical qualification and clinical experience Presentation skills MS Office especially MS Excel CRICE In-theatre experience 5 years sales experience 3-5 years in a management role Good communication skills (verbal and written) Strong customer relation ability Time management abilities Flexible and adaptable Strong Leadership ability Solution orientated Ability to focus on detail The main purpose of this position: Leading a dynamic Endovascular Sales Team including sales targets, staff management and product management responsibilities Duties & Responsibilities: Development, Implementation and Achievement of an Annual Sales Budget Setting up annual sales budget Evaluating sales vs budget performance Market share intelligence as a measure of performance Support sales team in achieving budgets (strategic & in-field) Responsible for pricing, costing and margin management Key Customer Development Develop strategic relationships with customers Development and Management of an Annual Marketing Plan and Budget Evaluate sales performance vs sales budget and adjust marketing budget when required Responsible for managing marketing budget Congress management Customer training initiatives Responsible for developing promotional campaigns for products Align local strategies with international supplier strategies Proposals to EXCO for any expenditure outside of current budget Clinical Specialist (CS) and Case Assistant (CA) Training Clinical specialist/Case assistant onboarding and start-up training Annual certification on all relevant products Sales coaching Product Launch, Development and Implementation of Launch Plan Develop launch plan Responsible for market access Sales team training Promotional campaigns Stock orders and setting consignment stock levels per account Management of product complaints Recommendation of new products to HOD Reporting Monthly/quarterly supplier reports Internal quarterly performance reports Staff Management Responsible for recruitment, filling existing headcounts and/or new positions Responsible for disciplinary action for employees in conjunction with HOD and HR Responsible for contingency and succession planning in conjunction with HOD and HR Responsible for all team members leave management Stock Management Ensure that Clinical Specialists do monthly stock checks in hospitals and manage their stock levels and expiries Ensure effective kit management with stake holders i.e. CS, Invoicing and Shipping Departments Ensure upliftment of expired stock in hospitals Work in conjunction with Operations Department to ensure stock is rotated Reset consignment stock levels per account, quarterly CAPEX Responsible for annual product audit in conjunction with CAPEX Co-ordinator Campbell Education Institute (CEI) Work with CEI team to plan training events for the year In conjunction with the CS team – target customers to attend courses Attend CEI courses on the day Legal Ensure compliance with all relevant legal aspects Ensure that all new development of marketing material is approved Apply Now
