PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To provide a professional and efficient recruitment service to the business, thereby ensuring that all internal staffing requirements and service level agreements are met. To ensure that recruitment best practice, Company policy and procedure and legislative compliance is adhered to at all times. DIMENSION OF THE JOB: The nature of the job is a robust talent acquisition portfolio, aimed at retention and development of talent within the business. The incumbent will be required to at all times, meet the recruitment requirements of the business on time, in full and at quality. TALENT SOURCING Constantly apply creative and proactive methods to source high caliber, suitable candidates to the business. Participate in recruitment drives, open days, career expos etc. to source candidates. Ensure that regular advertising in the local newspapers and social media takes place in order to ensure that talent is sourced regularly. Ensure that a talent pool of a minimum of 150 staff is maintained for Contact Center business units Recruit specialist roles using omni recruitment channels and hybrid methodologies. SCREENING AND INTERVIEWING Ensure that all candidates are sourced and matched to profiles and business unit expectations. Ensure that all legislative requirements are met. Ensure that the candidate completes the necessary assessments and complete the required checks as required (i.e. reference checks, credit, criminal and qualification verification) Ensure that the required documents are solicited from the candidate in order to ensure that all HR and payroll requirements are met. Validate certified documents (i.e. ID and matric certificates. Ensure that the candidate completes the necessary mandatory forms and signs the necessary declarations. When interviewing ensure that the recruitment interview guides are followed and deliver a professional approach to the candidate. RETENTION OF TALENT Recruit top talent and the right profile of candidates that will result successful training outcomes, succession and retention of talent. Assist the business to grow talent through effective recruitment and selection methodologies during internal recruitment for promotions. Contribute to retention strategies but providing insights and knowledge gained from recruitment practice COMPETANCIES REQUIRED: Knowledge and skills: At least 3 years' experience in the role of a recruitment consultant, preferably within a contact centre or recruitment agency. Knowledge and experience of recruitment best practice. Intermediate MS office skills Characteristics: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
