MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To present and facilitate Higher Education and Training and programmes and courses to the companys students and employees.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Ensure compliance to Higher Education & Training and American Heart Association (AHA) standards
- Design and assess learning material and interventions
- Facilitate learning process, incl. theoretical and clinical facilitation
- Coordinate and administrate student-related processes
REQUIREMENTS
- ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Masters degree (intent to study or in progress) or Degree or Diploma in Nursing, Diploma in Nursing
- Education, Diploma in filed of specialist discipline
- DESIRED EDUCATION: PhD in Nursing
- ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 TO 5 years experience in a training capacity
- DESIRED EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years experience in field of specialist discipline
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Instructional Design (ADDIE model) and the application thereof
- Demonstrate competence in compilation procedures
- Nursing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Group facilitation tools, techniques and best practices
- Understanding of learning and development quality management
- Blooms taxonomy of assessment and evaluation
- Adult Learning Principles
- Mentoring and coaching
- Scholarly skills
- Assessment and Moderation
