Ensure compliance to Higher Education & Training and American Heart Association (AHA) standards Design and assess learning material and interventions Facilitate learning process, incl. theoretical and clinical facilitation Coordinate and administrate student-related processes ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Masters degree (intent to study or in progress) or Degree or Diploma in Nursing, Diploma in Nursing Education, Diploma in filed of specialist discipline DESIRED EDUCATION: PhD in Nursing ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 TO 5 years' experience in a training capacity DESIRED EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years' experience in field of specialist discipline R 40 000 to R 50 000 pet month plus benefits
